Business Performance

As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for driving business performance and ensuring operational excellence in the housekeeping department.

  • Develop and manage departmental budgets and forecasts, ensuring operational costs are aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels for operating equipment, linens, and other essential items.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly P&L reports, identifying areas for improvement and deviation from business plan goals.
  • Participate in management meetings to review progress and develop the annual business plan for the department.
Operations

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping and guest satisfaction, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

  • Compile and update Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure that all auditing and reporting standards are conveyed to staff and adhered to.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and share results with the team.
  • Work with the Chief Engineer to maintain hotel areas to the highest standards and assist in scheduling periodic property maintenance.
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings and daily briefings with operational managers.
  • Manage outside contractors and ensure they follow hotel policies.
  • Oversee the operations of Laundry, Linen, Flower, and Decoration, and Butler Service.
