Job Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager at Awign, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and new customer acquisition within a designated region. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management:
    • Generate leads through various online and offline channels.
    • Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
    • Identify and target potential clients within the Retail and Staffing scope of services.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.
    • Analyze market data to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of service selling/solution selling/B2B sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in Retail marketing and/or staffing industry.
  • Any PG/Graduate.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the Retail or Staffing industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
