We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Director to oversee the operations of our premium residential project office in Jaipur.

This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities. The candidate will manage a team of sales executives, coordinate office activities, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the on-site sales office.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular training and performance feedback to ensure team efficiency.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members while maintaining accountability.

Office Operations:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and organized environment.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and reporting structures for the team.
  • Handle office inventory, supplies, and administrative needs.

Sales Coordination:

  • Assist sales executives in resolving client queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update records of sales inquiries, bookings, and client communications.
  • Support the sales team with presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Client Engagement:

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality for visiting clients.
  • Address client concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to project operations and client interactions.

Coordination with Management:

  • Serve as a communication bridge between the management and the sales team.
  • Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to project planning initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in office management or sales operations, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
