New Age Medical is a UK-based medical company in the healthcare sector, currently expanding its scope to various other areas.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for an administrative role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) to join our team.
The selected candidate will serve as a personal assistant to the CEO and Founder, handling day-to-day administrative tasks for New Age Medical and its affiliated companies. Proficiency in multiple software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, is essential. Additionally, the ability to type efficiently is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as a personal assistant to the CEO and Founder
- Performing administrative tasks for New Age Medical and its affiliated companies
- Handling general administrative work assigned by clients
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English skills are mandatory
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets, Docs
- Proficient use of Google search tools and Google Maps
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctuality and strong work ethic
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Ideal candidates should have previous experience in administrative roles
Work Details:
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week
- UK working hours: 9am-5pm, equivalent to India time: 1:30pm-9:30pm (times are negotiable)
Compensation:
The salary for this role is negotiable, depending on communication skills, education, and experience. However, we estimate it to be around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, considering the UK location and industry standards.
