The Challenge
Health systems, hospitals, and medical clinics are under immense pressure to improve clinical outcomes and reduce the cost of providing patient care. Investing in new partnerships, clinical services, and technology is not enough to create meaningful and substantive change. To succeed long-term, healthcare organizations must empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates, and communities to build cultures that foster innovation to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline core day-to-day operations in RCM processes in the US Healthcare domain
- Formulate and implement strategic plans for new technologies and tools to support sustained profitable growth of the account
- Well-versed in executing cost-saving measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction and work within the given budget/cost
- Understand and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies of quality and complying with the norms of regulatory authorities
- Prioritize work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer deliverables are met in regards to on-time delivery of service and quality of work
- Manage, train, and develop a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction
- Should have managed a team/group of 50 to 70 FTEs
Requirements
- 12+ years of US Healthcare – RCM industry experience
- Good knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma/Certification in Lean and other quality practices an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel and creating Excel macros
- Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks of reporting simultaneously
- Ability to adapt quickly to new and changing technical environments as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities
