Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the HealthifyMe team, the Payroll Team Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the payroll team to ensure seamless execution of payroll processes.

Key Duties:

  • Strategically supervise and motivate the payroll team to achieve high-performance standards.
  • Develop and implement effective payroll processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Ensure that all payroll-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing payroll regulations and ensure that the team is aware of any updates or changes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
