Drive Growth as a Regional Sales Lead
We seek an accomplished sales professional to spearhead our molecular diagnostics business across a defined region. This role demands strategic leadership, driving regional sales performance, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and diagnostics ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers across multiple territories
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, KOLs, and channel partners
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product teams to support sales initiatives
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM data management
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in sales within molecular diagnostics or IVD, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
