
Regional Business Development Strategist

This role is designed for experienced professionals who want to lead a team and drive business growth in a specific region.
- P&L Ownership: Manage the profitability of the region by ensuring achievement of revenue and operational targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead a highly motivated team to grow and manage business in their region.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop regional strategies to drive business growth, onboard developers, and manage partnerships.
- Understand the requirements of local business partners (JBPs) and collaborate with operations to create customized packages.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior developer stakeholders (CEOs, CSMOs, CRM Heads).
- Business Reviews: Conduct periodic reviews with developers to assess performance and growth opportunities. Identify problems and implement Corrective Actions Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Internal Reviews: Participate in reviews with the Business Head.
Required skills and qualifications
Proven track record in real estate partnerships or interiors/solutions industries.
- Stellar ratings in previous roles, with experience in handling large teams.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.
