Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of HR Specialist. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources and will be responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance management.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans to ensure employees receive fair and competitive compensation packages.
  • Assist in talent acquisition processes by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Conduct comprehensive employee onboarding and induction programs to facilitate new hires' transition into the organization.
  • Provide expert support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and performance management.
  • Resolve employee grievances promptly and fairly to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective performance management systems.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management to minimize organizational risk.
  • Support the development and implementation of innovative HR initiatives and systems to drive business growth.
  • Prepare detailed reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, etc.) to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or related field.
  • Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivated with ability to learn new technologies.
