The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting employee relations. The role also involves coordinating training and development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to HR policy development. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management 2 + YearsSkills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy development

Knowledge in training and development programs and labor law compliance

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Prior experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
