Job Responsibilities:

  • Expand the company's market share by identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining overseas customer relationships.
  • Negotiate sales contracts to ensure terms align with company interests, track orders, meet customer requirements and deliver goods on time.
  • Manage existing customer relationships through regular communication, understanding their needs, providing solutions and addressing inquiries and complaints to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Have knowledge of international trade contract terms and manage contracts/orders effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or life sciences, with knowledge of professional practices supporting international market development and customer service.
  • Be adaptable to different cultures, work effectively in cross-cultural environments, communicate and negotiate with international clients and possess strong organizational skills.
