
Global Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to lead our cross-border payments strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, and relationship management.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute a robust cross-border sales strategy, aligning with regional market needs and regulations.
- Identify, secure, and manage relationships with key partners, marketplaces, financial institutions, eCommerce platforms, and other relevant entities.
- Contribute strategically to new market entry and expansion initiatives across primary geographies.
- Develop and present compelling value propositions for cross-border payment solutions.
- Lead negotiations and manage contract development, ensuring favorable terms that support both client needs and objectives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within cross-border payments, fintech, or foreign exchange.
- Expertise in international markets, with a proven track record in cross-border deal-making and managing global client relationships.
- Strong performance history in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a results-driven approach.
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to innovate and improve processes independently.
