About the Role:

This role focuses on business management planning and administration in Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) at MGS. The ideal candidate will ensure stable operations of respective departments within GCIB.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic: Support Head of GCIB in developing business strategy, take lead in implementing global and/or regional initiatives and business strategies
  • Financial/KPI/KRI: Monitor department's financial performance and assess against projected targets and thresholds, track revenue and expense budget with Finance team, manage MIS and initiate periodical reporting
  • Customer: Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management, work in partnership with overseas onshore branches and Head Office to develop strategies for business growth
  • People: Act as a role model, support, coach and guide junior team members
  • Other/Control: Monitor business risk profiles, set up governance framework for the newly established team, support internal and external audits

Candidate Profile:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in reporting and/or business management or related fields
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to build partnerships
  • Highly organized, structured and logical approach, able to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, knowledge of corporate banking products, services, and systems advantageous
