Job Title: Manager - Knowledge Transfer & Management

  • A leading Shared Services Organization is seeking a Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for driving knowledge-sharing excellence across the organization, including APAC and EMEA regions.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Shared Services Organizations or GBS/GCC, with 3+ years in training or learning & development roles. They will also possess exceptional understanding of critical success factors for GBS as a reliable, effective, and efficient business service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement a comprehensive roadmap for knowledge transfer and management, ensuring critical process knowledge is captured, standardized, and effectively disseminated across teams during transitions and platform changes.
  2. Develop and maintain training content, manuals, and e-learning modules for various platforms and systems.
  3. Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires, upskilling, and process changes.
  4. Ensure training programs are tailored to various roles within the organization.
  5. Function as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors for training-related updates.
  6. Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  7. Establish a structured review cycle to keep training materials aligned with system updates, process changes, and compliance requirements.
  8. Provide regular reports to leadership on training impact, participation, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong communicator / Ability to lead and influence others.
  • Certification like CPTM/ATD, Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate/Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP FICO/ HR systems.
