Job Title: SAP Service Delivery Expert

Location: Remote, Flexible Work Arrangements

Experience: 8+ Years

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Management (SM) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end service processes that align with business requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and map them to SAP SM functionalities
  • Configure SAP SM module, including service orders, contracts, warranties, notifications, and customer service processes
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to design and implement solutions
  • Provide support for SAP SM-related incidents, enhancements, and upgrades
  • Conduct user training and create functional documentation
  • Integrate SAP SM with modules like Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations and/or rollouts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Service Management (Customer Service module)
  • Strong knowledge of service order processing, warranties, returns, and repairs
  • Experience with integration to Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, and Production Planning modules
  • Good understanding of service processes in industries like Manufacturing, Automotive, or Utilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP certification in Service Management or related module (preferred)
