Job Description

The role of Workday Time and Absence Consultant involves supporting the implementation of Workday Time and Absence solutions for clients. This includes providing expert-level guidance on configuring and customizing Workday Time and Absence modules, as well as developing and delivering training programs for end-users.

As a Workday Time and Absence Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also collaborate with other consultants and experts to design and deliver large-scale implementations and transformation projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Workday Certification in Time Tracking and Absence Management (must be current)
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience
  • Proven track record supporting at least 2 global Workday implementations or transformation projects focused on Time and Absence
  • Strong understanding of global compliance requirements related to time tracking and leave policies
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex organizational structures
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
