Join Our Team as an Absence Management Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and support of absence management solutions. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, organize, and govern absence management projects.
  • Conduct workshops to identify, analyze, and specify absence management requirements, ensuring seamless integration with business needs.
  • Draft functional specifications and configure the Workday Absence Management module, leveraging your expertise in system configuration and testing.
  • Work closely with HR, payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure effective absence management processes, aligning with leave policies and compliance regulations.
  • Deliver training sessions to users, contributing to change management initiatives and user assistance during the transition to Workday Absence.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in absence management projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Absence module, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday, with a focus on analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments, with fluent English language skills and additional languages a plus.
