Key Role in Delivering Business Value

In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind delivering business value and customer satisfaction by implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions that meet clients' needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for clients, ensuring results meet client expectations.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features and functionality, applying this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno Functional Consultant role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong technical skills, including hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS.
  • Knowledge of process flow, setup, and common solutions to modules known in HCM.
  • Experience in at least three HCM modules, such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefits, and HR Help Desk.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools, including HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Strong experience in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Migration, and Customization.
