Capital Raising Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the fund raising efforts for a leading global real estate fund with a presence across multiple asset classes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise capital for real estate investment projects in India across various real asset classes.

  • Crafting compelling proposals to attract investors and secure funding for real estate projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conducting market research to stay ahead of trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Leveraging expertise in financial analysis and modelling to inform investment decisions.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably with real estate fund managers or financial institutions.
  • A degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • A proven track record in fund raising, with a strong network of contacts and connections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
