Role Overview:

As Manager IP Protection, Client Success & Business Growth, you will manage and improve operational workflows for our IP protection services, build strong client relationships, and play a key operational and strategic role in developing and managing new business models while driving (AI) innovation.

This role combines a startup, hands-on mentality with the ability to shape the direction of new business, while overseeing client reporting and providing ongoing support. It offers significant autonomy with strong potential for growth as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Brand Protection & E-Commerce Activities: Manage all enforcement efforts and related e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media, ensuring timely and compliant takedowns with measurable results — while being ready to step in hands-on when needed in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Client Onboarding & Planning: Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.
• Operational Execution: Work closely with the CTO and CCO to ensure technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks are delivered effectively.
• Strategic Growth & Innovation: Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and (AI) innovation.
• Business Development: Partner with the CCO to identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.Process I
• mprovement: Identify, develop, and implement operational enhancements to boost efficiency and impact on the process and the AI Platform.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Founder/Board Reporting: Provide regular performance reports, strategic insights, and recommendations to guide decision-making and growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

As Manager IP Protection, Client Success & Business Growth, living in the Netherlands, you're an online brand protection pro with at least 3 years of experience, and you know your way around takedowns on marketplaces, domains, and social media like it's second nature. You thrive in a dynamic growth environment and love supporting and exploring new business opportunities.

You're just as comfortable in client meetings as you are building a killer presentation deck, tweaking a Photoshop design, or turning ideas into a short video. Armed with a Master's in Business and/or Legal , you have the communication skills to win trust, the commercial instinct to spot opportunities, and the problem-solving mindset to make things run smoother every day.
