Supply Chain Planning Solutions Specialist Job Description:

This role requires a skilled professional to design and implement supply chain planning solutions for clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) in a remote work environment with occasional business travel.

As a Supply Chain Planning Solutions Specialist, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions. You'll translate business requirements into technical solutions, support data integration, and ensure clients achieve measurable value from their investments. Working with Solution Architects and Senior Solution Consultants is crucial for delivering high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with clients to comprehend their business requirements and work with project teams to configure solutions.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and the functionality of their source system(s).
  • Support Solution Architects in designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Participate in the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
  • Contribute to data management and data integration-related activities.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of relevant experience

• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research or a related field with an excellent academic record

• Mandatory certification as a Solution Consultant level 1; higher certifications are desirable

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Capacity to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations
