Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and supply chain requirements.", "
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications.", "
  • Presentation of customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align with client needs.", "
  • Development and implementation of comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.", "
  • Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.", "
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.", "
  • Configuration and customization of Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements.", "
  • Guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.", "
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.", "
  • Support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process.", "
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.", "
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights.", "
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery.", "
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.", "
  • Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions.", "
  • Collect feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future improvements.", "

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).", "
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.", "
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.", "
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.", "
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.", "
