Workday Absence Specialist Job

This role involves implementing and configuring Workday Absence Solutions to meet organizational needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify absence management requirements and develop strategies for effective implementation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on project planning, organization, and governance setup.
  • Conduct workshops to identify absence management requirements.
  • Draft specifications for the Workday Absence Management module.
  • Configure and monitor progress of configurations.
  • Define testing scenarios for absence management solutions.
  • Support deployment and provide user assistance during transition.
  • Deliver training sessions and contribute to change management initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.
  • Integrate with HR, payroll, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Absence Management projects.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Absence module.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and absence management policies.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse environments.
