Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Retail Operations to drive the overall performance, profitability, and growth of our retail business.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in retail management, franchise relations, property negotiations, and market analysis. They will lead franchise operations, identify new properties for store expansion, ensure operational excellence, and build a high-performing retail team.

This role involves overseeing day-to-day retail operations across all stores, implementing operational policies, SOPs, and compliance standards, monitoring store performance, sales, and profitability.

The successful candidate will also lead, mentor, and manage regional/store managers and retail teams, drive training and development programs to enhance performance, and foster a customer-centric culture across retail outlets.

Additionally, they will conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends, develop and execute retail expansion strategies to maximize market share, monitor competitor activities, and suggest innovative solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability, setting performance benchmarks, and regularly reviewing KPIs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in franchise management and property acquisition.
  • Proven ability in team handling, business expansion, and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
