Job Opportunity - Senior Tele Caller
About This RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and converting inbound and outbound leads for our real estate projects.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle pressure while maintaining professionalism in client interactions.
The role requires the candidate to make outbound calls to prospective leads, schedule site visits, handle inbound queries, qualify leads, maintain accurate records, and achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles, with excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested buyers.
- Handle inbound queries, explain project details, and resolve customer doubts.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
