Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Utilize various tools and software to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation on technical procedures and processes.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical requirements and needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve technical support processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a hospitality or technology-related industry.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems, including design, development, and maintenance.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SQL and database query languages.
  • Experience with API integrations and web services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
