Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advanced technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Utilize various tools and software to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on technical procedures and processes.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical requirements and needs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve technical support processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a hospitality or technology-related industry.
- Strong understanding of database management systems, including design, development, and maintenance.
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL and database query languages.
- Experience with API integrations and web services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
