Job Title: Service Engineering Specialist

Job Purpose:

The Service Engineering Specialist is a key player in supporting technical experts in resolving service-related tasks, particularly those related to mechanical components. This involves being the primary author of documents in Teamcenter and Windchill, creating and maintaining records of failed components, and regularly updating management on new potential defects.

This role is crucial for the efficient operation of the Service Engineering Teams, requiring individuals to handle unexpected situations and time-sensitive tasks as part of their daily responsibilities.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Authoring and maintaining accurate documentation in Teamcenter and Windchill
  • Creating and updating records of failed components
  • Communicating with management on new potential defects
  • Supporting technical experts in resolving service-related tasks
