About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Bitgoro Media. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships, and closing deals through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging markets to provide insights that improve our product offerings and sales strategies.
  2. Lead Generation: Create scalable outreach campaigns to target investors, agencies, and key industry figures. Develop marketing materials and partnership decks for collaboration, and identify and engage potential clients across channels.
  3. Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct high-volume outreach to connect with decision-makers, schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with potential clients.
  4. Sales Development: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions aligned with their objectives. Partner with our sales team to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  5. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with at least 12 years of experience in sales or business development. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and adapt quickly to changes. Self-motivation and a strong results-oriented mindset are also critical. Experience in Web3 SaaS or B2B is a plus.
