Job Title: Sales and Business Development Representative - IT

About the Role:
Are you a recent graduate with strong communication skills? Do you have a passion for sales and business development? We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at MageComp LLP.

Responsibilities:
• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our IT solutions and services.
• Conduct effective cold calling to generate leads and identify prospects.
• Act as a Sales Executive by learning to convert leads into valuable clients for our IT products and services.
• Participate in presentations and product demonstrations to understand and communicate the value of our offerings.
• Learn to schedule meetings and appointments for more experienced team members with qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to gain hands-on experience in the sales process.
• Develop foundational skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales process.
• Gain exposure to industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to contribute to the identification of new business opportunities.
• Learn to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.

Qualifications:
• Recent graduate or equivalent educational background.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in sales and telecalling.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• A basic understanding of the IT industry is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
