As a Business Development Representative at Apna, you will be responsible for visiting 10-15 clients a day to pitch our hiring products. You will generate prospects and share market data with your manager, manage customer objections, and sell recruitment solutions to SMB clients by assessing their business requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing the onboarding of clients, creating brand visibility, and driving organic revenue. You will also be a representative of the Apna brand, effectively pitching our value proposition to suitable and interested prospects.

Requirements for this role include 2+ years of work experience in client-facing B2B roles, with skillsets such as hustling, street smarts, negotiation, lead generation, and knocking. A strong preference is given to those with HRTech experience or BFSI/Insurance hard cold selling experience. Additionally, a bike and driving license are required for this traveling job.
