Job Title: Business Development Representative
Job Description:
At ViitorCloud Technologies, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Grow business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities
- Ability to convince potential clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- The candidate should have experience with IT services sales
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and be highly organized
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales
- Proven track record of successful lead generation
- Must have good technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- Proven success in sales revenue targets

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
