The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building the sales funnel, generating leads, and handling incoming queries.

The Role

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team for closure.
  • Maintain and update the lead generation database to ensure accurate tracking of leads.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set by the business.

The Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in an Inside Sales or Sales Development Representative role, preferably in the Consulting industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • A creative problem-solving approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong mentorship and coaching ability to build high-performing teams.
