We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to contribute to the growth and success of our company. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Qualify leads and prospect for new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and understand their staffing and consulting needs
  • Presentation and demonstration of our staffing and consulting solutions to potential clients
  • Negotiation and closing of sales deals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaboration with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates
  • Staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role
  • Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of the staffing and consulting industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
