About the Role:
The primary scope of this role is to support brand building efforts on various solution areas under a portfolio of products. This role involves creative thinking, data analysis, and executional support to help the brand achieve its business targets.
- Market Understanding: Understanding of the target audience, their triggers, and barriers; competitive landscape, etc.
- New Products Development (NPD): Assisting in communication development across touchpoints like product display pages, D2C store, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc.
- Communication Development: Managing all consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaign, etc.
- Data Analytics: Actively driving measurement and learnings for various marketing initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with relevant POCs across the marketing team, cross-functional teams, and external partners/agencies/vendors.
- Offline Understanding: The role requires market visits to track offline business health metrics like distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, primary & secondary revenue, visibility, and planogramming.
- Other activities: Required to support portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc., to drive product/therapy success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, business administration, or related field.
- Exposure to handling business in an offline channel is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, enthusiastic team player.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about building a consumer brand.
