About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Lead to handle all sales activities within your city. As our representative in the market, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, negotiating deals, managing customer relationships, and driving growth in your city.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Nurturing
    • Identify new prospects, build a robust pipeline of potential clients through online and offline channels.
    • Proactively reach out, follow-up, and nurture relationships through regular communication and tailored interactions.
  • Sales and Deal Closure
    • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
    • Manage negotiations for profitable, mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Own sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and customer onboarding to meet acquisition targets.
  • Account Management
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
    • Understand client needs deeply and propose tailored solutions.
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell potential.
  • Market Intelligence
    • Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulations.
    • Share data-driven insights internally to align product offerings, optimize marketing and sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
