We are seeking a seasoned Fundraising Manager to spearhead our funding initiatives and drive business expansion. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in fundraising, funding management, or corporate finance, with a strong network of banks, NBFCs, and investors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute funding strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, approach, and negotiate with financial institutions for debt and equity funding.
- Forge and maintain robust relationships with lenders, investors, and stakeholders.
- Evaluate funding proposals and assess their financial viability.
- Prepare and present comprehensive funding reports, MIS, and progress updates to senior management.
- Monitor fund utilization and ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the finance and senior management teams to forecast and plan funding needs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, funding management, or corporate finance.
- Strong connections with banks, NBFCs, and investors.
- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, funding processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to secure and manage significant funding deals.
- Possession of an MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
