
Strategic Partnership Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager who can drive sales, foster strong partnerships, and execute promotional programs effectively. This pivotal role is responsible for managing allotted branches/Points of Sale (POS), ensuring consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building skills, product knowledge, and a commitment to supporting channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales and meet corresponding revenue targets by achieving monthly sales of 75 Demat A/C or more, depending on the assigned locations.
- Effectively reach out to allotted branches/POS as per the route plan, ensuring comprehensive coverage and engagement.
- Execute successful promotional and contest programs to maximize participation and sales impact.
- Activate and upscale POS/Branches, driving increased productivity and engagement.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for Partners and bank employees, ensuring they have the necessary product and sales process knowledge.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, providing accurate and timely updates on performance.
- Provide dedicated support to the channel partner on joint calls as per requirement, assisting in client interactions and sales closures.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets (e.g., Demat A/C acquisition).
- Strong capabilities in partner/branch outreach and management.
- Expertise in rolling out promotional and contest programs.
- Adept at activating and upscaling Points of Sale (POS)/Branches.
- Skilled in coordinating and conducting training for partners/employees.
- Proficiency in daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting.
- Capability to provide channel partner support on joint calls.
- Absolute product and sales process knowledge proficiency.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
