**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
- This role involves providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting of products, identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot, approve, and execute warranty claims, ensuring prompt resolution for our customers.
- Provide pre-sales information about our products, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
- Assist with the activation of new sites as needed, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
- Document all activity in a central CRM/Help Desk software platform, maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with Engineering teams to track field issues, log product bugs, and facilitate product modifications.
- Assist colleagues with troubleshooting and administrative tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Follow departmental conventions and procedures, adhering to company standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and education, staying up-to-date with industry standards and product-specific knowledge.
- Promote a positive company image through all communication mediums, representing our brand professionally.
- Adhere to company policies and standards of conduct, as outlined in our employee manual.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 60% score in 10th, 12th, and Graduation. Incomplete resumes will not be considered.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting customers in a Tech Support or Customer Support role. Freshers will not be considered.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build rapport and establish working relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in PC skills and Mac OS desirable.
- General understanding of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits, and an electrical or electronics background is highly desirable.
