Customer Support Specialist

This role involves providing technical and functional solutions to customers facing issues with their business processes.

Candidates should be able to collaborate with other teams to ensure great customer service, analyze reported incidents, and adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Provide expert-level support for Ariba applications via chat, webform, and phone.
  • Work closely with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of SAP solutions and infrastructure to provide effective support.
Key Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting software or hardware issues.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ERP, BI, or similar solutions and business processes.
  • Previous experience in customer support or ticketing tools is an advantage.
