Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our healthcare service packages and edtech business consulting and mentorship services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to work independently.

  • Responsibilities:

    1. Promote and sell our healthcare service packages and edtech business consulting and mentorship services to potential clients.
    2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach out to them effectively.
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    4. Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
    5. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting the key benefits and features of our services.
    6. Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions accordingly to ensure customer satisfaction.
    7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals.
    8. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    9. Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.
    10. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and generate leads.
  • Requirements:

    1. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or edtech industry, would be an advantage.
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
    3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
    4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    6. Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
    7. Possession of a valid bike license and own transportation.
    8. Proficiency in using a laptop and familiarity with relevant software applications.
    9. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
