**SALES COORDINATOR SOP**

**JOB SUMMARY AND FUNCTION**

This position is responsible in coordinating and supporting sales team to achieve goal. As a member of sales team, this individual will need to coordinate, communicate and process all sales related correspondence, contract and any other reports. Sales coordinator report to the **Director.**

**1.Doing Daily Sales call follows up in Morning, afternoon and Evening of Sales Staffs**
- Doing daily morning follow up of Sales staff for where he is going, what is the propose of visit and collect live location.
- In evening follow up for what is the response of party, how much party they had meet and how many party final, how much billing they had done in that day. Those things collect from them and maintain in own Daily working Excel sheet.

First Morning wakeup call - 9.30am

Closing Call - 6 pm
- Doing Follow up of party payment

**2. Provide Catalogue and Sample to sales staff (Till received) / Fulfill the all request of Sales staff about Product ( Taste, Packaging)**
- Communicate Sales Staff request to send Sample, Catalogue and after that send them through DTDC courier.
- Take Sales staff suggestion for some changes in our material and after that coordinate with production department to fulfill the suggestion.
- Dispatch the catalogue and sample to the newly recruited sales people.
- Track receipt of material and Sample.

**3. Doing the work in guidance of Senior Sales Person.( NSM )**
- Do all the Paper work such like Agreement Signed and send it through mail in guidance of NSM.
- After getting order from NSM coordinate with Production department for dispatch the material vehicle.
- Do every work about sales in guidance of NSM.
- Organize a Weekly Sales meeting with the NSM.

**4. Keep the Customers informed about the delivery dates and reason for delay if any**.
- Coordinate to Production department for dispatch the material within 7 days of billing.
- If any delay in delivery then informed to sales team why delay in delivery and what is the reason.

**5.Maintain Sales report and keep the Sales files digitally and submit to Senior Management on Monthly Basis.**

DSR submission to head office everyday through Whatsapp and every week DSR send to Head office. (DSR to take while going to market when asked from HO immediately send the DSR photo in whatsapp.

Weekly Format DSR submission through Whatsapp.

Monthly Working report sends to Head office.

Collect all Working report of his team and send to head office.

**Tour Plan:

All sales team will send their tour program to sales coodinator 2nd of every month.

If there is any changes ,then take pre-approval from Head office.

**Stock Sheet & Claim sheet of C&FA, SS and DBR:

Stock sheet will be sent on 1stof every month.

Claim should be received in meeting and bring all documents which will be held in 3rd of every month at Head office.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- No travel
