As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be entrusted with identifying and conducting regular sales calls to acquire new customers and expand existing portfolios. You will deliver comprehensive product information to clients, monitor leads, and ensure adherence to all sales systems, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily sales calls to establish meaningful relationships with clients
- Achieve new customer acquisition and generate targeted premium revenue
- Deliver detailed product information to customers
- Monitor and fulfill prospect and customer leads in a timely manner
- Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers to drive growth
- Build and maintain relationships to ensure persistency and renewals
- Age 32 years maximum
- 1-3 years of experience in Bancassurance or Banking with insurance as cross-sales product
- Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
