Senior Account Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused professional to drive business growth, manage strategic client relationships, and ensure seamless project execution.

This role combines business development, bid management, and account leadership. It requires a professional who can balance commercial acumen with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid & Proposal Leadership: Oversee the qualification of RFPs, prepare persuasive proposals, and design effective pricing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Strategic Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate project-level feasibility using proprietary tools, ensuring proposals are commercially viable and deliverable.
  • Account Growth & Relationship Management: Partner with Sales and Account Directors to deepen client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive incremental revenue through consultative up-selling and cross-selling.
  • CRM & Pipeline Oversight: Ensure timely and accurate updates in the CRM system to maintain transparency and drive informed decision-making.
  • Client Services Partnership: Collaborate with delivery teams to support smooth project execution, including providing strategic inputs and sourcing partners when required.
  • Sales Enablement & Presentations: Support business development efforts by preparing high-impact presentations, sales collateral, and client engagement materials.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in account management, business development, or proposal management within a client-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships at senior levels, ensuring satisfaction while driving business outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with a track record of creating professional and data-driven client deliverables.
  • Demonstrated customer focus with experience in account growth, client servicing, or consultative sales.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement and relationship building.
