As a Dispute Resolution Specialist at Maersk, you will play a crucial role in managing processes related to global disputes. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze disputes received from customers, understand the root cause, and help resolve them efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysis of disputes received from customers
  • Understanding the root cause of disputes and helping to resolve them
  • Communicating with customers to provide updates on dispute resolution
  • Recording complete root cause of disputes

Required skills for this role include:

  • Good communication skills and ability to use positive language
  • Good comprehension and written communication
  • Customer focus and ownership of customer issues
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and focus on customer outcomes
  • Attitude to go beyond defined job boundaries for customer resolution
  • Winning for customers with high achievement orientation
  • Driven to ensure closure
  • Superior stakeholder management

Problem-solving skills are also essential for this role, including:

  • Ownership of issues
  • Detailed and result-oriented approach

Additionally, you will need to have:

  • Professional standard in grammar and thought articulation

Process understanding is also critical, including:

  • Ability to understand end-to-end processes
  • Ability to conduct sales and service together
  • Adherence to process and SOPs
  • Attention to details, complete, and error-free documentation
  • Adaptability to change in process (SOP) / systems

Stakeholder management is also an essential aspect of this role, including:

  • Language capabilities to cater to specific countries
  • Experience in direct stakeholder interactions (global) preferably

Shift timings for this role are rotational shifts (9am to 6pm or 12pm to 10pm).
