We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist - Ocean Disputes to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing disputes related to ocean trade, ensuring timely and effective resolution to meet our customers' needs.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and resolve customer disputes related to ocean trade in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze and investigate the root cause of disputes to ensure accurate and fair resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and other teams to ensure seamless resolution of disputes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to prevent future disputes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track dispute resolution progress and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in dispute resolution, customer service, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of ocean trade processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).
