Procurement Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage our channel partner network. This role involves identifying and onboarding suppliers, brokers, and agents, while fostering strong relationships with external property consultants.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or supplier development. Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad is essential. Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills are also required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and onboard suitable suppliers, brokers, and agents
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external property consultants
  • SOURCE verified clients through established networks and references
  • Drive registrations and bookings by activating the partner network
  • Plan and execute meetups and site visits with brokers
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead generation
  • Provide regular market intelligence and feedback

A self-driven individual with excellent field-oriented skills who can work independently and as part of a team is preferred. Having a personal vehicle for frequent site visits is beneficial.
