Job Title

A Partner Operations Specialist role is available for a dynamic and growing organization.

  • Maintain and update the list of active certifications.
  • Track progress toward certification goals and support team members in achieving requirements.
  • Manage and triage help desk requests with clients.
  • Coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver accurate, timely reporting on partner center metrics such as Azure consumption, certifications, customer adds, CPOR/PAL attach, and other KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights to the partnership team to drive decision-making.
  • Facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions, ensuring offer attachment to protect performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities eligible for PAL (Partner Admin Link) or POR (Partner of Record) attribution.
  • Ensure attribution requirements are captured and executed post-contracting.
