Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to oversee day-to-day coordination with partner teams and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day coordination with partner teams for seamless operations.
  • Portfolio performance monitoring and support in maintaining portfolio quality.
  • Assistance in collection follow-ups on overdue cases in coordination with partner teams.
  • Preparation and maintenance of basic MIS/data for review.
  • Periodic visits to partner offices to strengthen relationships and ensure process alignment.
  • Support for cross-functional teams in partner-related activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in the NBFC/BFSI sector with exposure to client/partner management.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills.
  • Good understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and MIS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS).
