The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition, with 2-4 years in team leadership roles. Significant experience in pan-India Sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagement is required.
This role involves leading school acquisition and partnership efforts across the region, ensuring seamless onboarding of new schools. You'll be responsible for building relationships with school owners, navigating market dynamics, and driving growth through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
We're looking for someone who can drive business outcomes through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
