Role Summary

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Compensation and Performance modules as an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop efficient data uploads and management using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader templates to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality results through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide functional design and configuration support for the Workforce Compensation module, including compensation plans, budgets, and statements to optimize workforce performance.
  • Design and implement grade-step progression ladders and manage base compensation structures to ensure strategic compensation alignment.
  • Support the functional configuration and processes for the Goal and Performance Management module to foster a high-performing work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience as a Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud to drive business transformation.
  • Demonstrable expertise in writing Fast Formulas to streamline business operations.
  • Strong experience with data loaders: HDL and Spreadsheet Loader to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business challenges.
